Fabric Story

This mid-weight knit has bands of textured stitches that create a subtle striped effect. It is made from clothing production off-cuts, sorted by color and re-spun into new yarn. At the spinning stage, dope-dyed recycled polyester is added for strength and durability. The mechanical recycling process uses minimal inputs and keeps high quality fibers out of the landfill.

Our Small Batch pieces are made in limited quantities using custom fabrics designed exclusively by Bridge & Burn. While we occasionally restock select styles, most pieces are only produced once. So once they're gone, they're gone for good.

Soft, sustainable, and endlessly wearable, the Calder is the sweater you'll keep in steady rotation. Made from 100% recycled fibers, it features a subtle striped texture and a clean, modern silhouette that works just as well with jeans as it does layered over a button-down with chinos. The fabric is developed using a proprietary color-sorting process, which doesn't require dyes and dramatically cuts down on water usage for a lower-impact footprint.
