Fabric Story

A true fall-weight fabric, heavy enough to keep you warm with a slightly peached finish for softness. Inspired by the random variation in vintage Japanese zanshiori plaids, which were made to use up leftover yarns, this fabric is itself made from leftovers— in this case, clothing production off-cuts that have been sorted by color and re-spun into new yarn. At the spinning stage, dope-dyed recycled polyester is added for strength and durability. The mechanical recycling process uses minimal inputs and keeps high quality fibers out of the landfill.

Our Small Batch pieces are made in limited quantities using custom fabrics designed exclusively by Bridge & Burn. While we occasionally restock select styles, most pieces are only produced once. So once they're gone, they're gone for good.

The Perry is a midi-length dress with a gathered skirt and on-seam pockets. Modern and elegant, the Perry has quickly become a fan favorite. The fabric is woven with a subtle texture and brushed on the reverse for added softness to make you feel great while you look even better.
